To return one or more items due to an order or defective product, please follow the instructions below.

All our items are guaranteed 1 year. The warranty only applies to defective products.

PRODUCT RETURN FOR INDIVIDUALS

1. HOW TO START THE PROCESS:

If you have a Dafin Europe product that has a quality issue or an order error, please send us the following information to watermansport@gmail.com:

  • 1 clear picture of the damaged part
  • 1 clear picture of the product in its entirety (Both 2 fins)
  • 1 copy of the receipt or invoice
  • download and complete the RETURN FORM.

Once we have received all the information above, we will find the best possible solution in accordance with our warranty and our policies.

2. IMPORTANT:

  • Without the necessary documents, no return can be processed.
  • All items returned to Dafin Europe must be rinsed and dry.
  • The return of your package (in its entirety) is at your expense, a new product will be returned at our expense (if the exchange conditions are accepted by our service team & within the limits of available stocks).
