To return one or more items due to an order or defective product, please follow the instructions below.
All our items are guaranteed 1 year. The warranty only applies to defective products.
PRODUCT RETURN FOR INDIVIDUALS
1. HOW TO START THE PROCESS:
If you have a Dafin Europe product that has a quality issue or an order error, please send us the following information to email@example.com:
- 1 clear picture of the damaged part
- 1 clear picture of the product in its entirety (Both 2 fins)
- 1 copy of the receipt or invoice
- download and complete the RETURN FORM.
Once we have received all the information above, we will find the best possible solution in accordance with our warranty and our policies.
- Without the necessary documents, no return can be processed.
- All items returned to Dafin Europe must be rinsed and dry.
- The return of your package (in its entirety) is at your expense, a new product will be returned at our expense (if the exchange conditions are accepted by our service team & within the limits of available stocks).
