1. HOW TO BECOME PRO?

The "Dafin Europe Pro Program" is an affiliate program for professionals.

Affiliation is granted on the basis of the acceptance, or renewal, of your application which can be canceled at any time.

2. HOW DO I CONNECT TO THE PRO WEBSITE?

Once your application has been approved and you have received our welcome letter, log in to your online account with your email address and password.

3. HOW DOES IT BE THAT I CAN NOT CONNECT TO MY ACCOUNT?

Here are the most common reasons why you can not connect:

Email: Remember to use the email address you registered with for your Pro account. If you have changed your email address after registering, you will need to use your current email address. Check that there is no unnecessary space before or after the email by typing it or copying / pasting.

Renewal: Your pro account must be renewed every year. If it's been awhile since you have not used your account, it may have expired and it's time to renew it. Start by submitting a new application using your professional email address, and follow the instructions for your category.

IMPORTANT: contact@dafin-europe.com emails are often blocked by anti-spam filters. To receive all the information about your Pro account, new Dafin Europe products and Pro special promotions, please add contact@dafin-europe.com to your list of approved senders.

4. CAN I USE MY PRO DISCOUNT TO MAKE A GIFT?

Without a hitch: NO! Only you can benefit from your Pro benefits. Any purchase made for a third party will result in the immediate closing of your account. We will inform you if there is an exception to this rule.

5. CAN I JOIN THE PROGRAM IF I WORK ABROAD?

No, this program is not available abroad. If you are based in Europe, you can apply for affiliation to the Dafin Europe Pro OCEAN program.

6. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH MY PRO ACCOUNT? CAN I RETURN IN STORE?

All pro returns MUST be made via our after-sales service shop.dafin-europe.com as indicated in the confirmation email. You can not return your items to Dafin Europe stores or our resellers. For more information, visit our Returns page.

NEVER return a Pro Purchase from a Dafin Europe store or from one of our resellers. This would be considered an abuse of the Dafin Europe Pro program and will result in the revocation of your Pro benefits.

7. WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR THE PRO PROGRAM? DO YOU PROPOSE A PRO GUARANTEE?

Please read the Pro Program and Warranty Guidelines carefully. Any failure may result in the removal of your Pro account.

Your Pro account is exclusively intended to equip you for your work. You can not buy gifts or materials for others. If customers, friends or family members express interest in your Dafin Europe hardware, please direct them to our stores, resellers or our website.

Only you can make purchases through your Pro account. Nobody, not even your spouse, can order for you. Our team in charge of the Pro program can, however, allow exceptions.

As a Pro customer, you can not buy, return, or exchange items in-store.

Any return or exchange of article must be done through the website shop.dafin-europe.com. Returns to Dafin Europe stores, at our dealers or in the factory are prohibited.

Admission to the Pro program should be considered a privilege and not a right. It is a partnership that is based on mutual respect.

PRO GUARANTEE

As a Dafin Europe Pro OCEAN customer, you use our products more often, more intensively and in harsher than average conditions, and we are aware of this. These articles will therefore tend to wear out faster. We reserve the right to attribute deterioration of your items from past seasons to normal wear and we will keep you informed of possible repairs.
